The team at The Cork North Pole Outpost are so professional. We've been taking our two girls there for a few years now and they always have a magical experience. I highly recommend the place. But please keep control of your toddlers when you go as it's not fair on the other families or on the staff if you let them run amok.

One of the better Santa experiences we have been to. It felt like there was some actual thought and work put into the performances and they engaged really well with the kids. The cafe was pretty poor, probably the worst coffee I’ve had, very weak, items were overpriced, otherwise would have been a full 5 stars.

A really great experience for the kids. The actors were good and the overall story was good for little kids.
Nieces have been going to this experience for years.

Unfortunately if there has been heavy rain and there are high tides, some of the roads can be flooded. So give yourself extra time to get there if there has been bad weather

This is simply fantastic all the staff and actors are brilliant. They play their roles excellently are engaging and fun adults and kids alike all beaming. The story and the organisation is excellent throughout.

By far the best Santa experience I’ve ever seen my 2 kids absolutely loved it start to finish. Highly recommend.

It was a really nice experience. One suggestion is to make the biscuit from scratch, it would be much better.

Visited with my little girl for her first santa experience and could not have asked for better. Each individual cared about the experience and amazing interaction with the kids young and old.

Cannot praise this Santa experience enough. Best one we have been to by far. Not only a Santa visit- but a series of interactive theatrical performances. My kids were mesmerised ( us adults too). And a choice of toys for the kids at the end! Thanks for a really special Christmas memory.

Absolutely incredible, we have been to Fota the last few years and it has nothing on the Cork North Pole Outpost Experience, we went this evening with our two girls and had the most amazing 2 hours, well worth what we paid for it too,

it starts off with a very reasonably priced hut shop/stop where you can buy snacks, we got an Elf made chocolate bar and some popcorn, our girls loved this and as parents we were delighted and surprised at not being fleeced on the price as it's the only food stall there. Our girls got to do some colouring while we waited which while a small gesture it was a very welcome one to pass the (short) waiting time.

we then met our elf who started us on our journey and tonight he was top notch, he had us relaxed and ready to scream/dance/sing/wiggle before we even started it (adults included and all which the children loved)

as we moved from room to room it was incredible the Elves really made our night and even helped our 3 year old partake so easily, she loved sorting the santa letters the best.

Mrs.Claus was incredibly patient and kind with the younger ones some of whom were particular about that part of the experience, and she got our shy 3 year old involved which we were impressed with.

Mr. Claus was WONDERFUL, my 3 year old actually spoke to him and went up to him and sat for a photo with him, we got our first christmas photo where she wasn't crying! and as for my skeptical 10 year old....she walked out saying he was the real deal, and they both loved and really appreciated the surprise at the end, The Santa presents were brilliant too, this is definately an idea all the others should use because it worked PERFECTLY. CNPOE just hit's all the right notes.

We left with 2 very happy children and 2 very very happy adults, was exactly what you would expect from a visit to Santa and well worth it's price. Our only regret is we didn't make the switch sooner.

We've visited the North Pole earlier today and I was blown away by how cool this place is! Both 9yo and 2yo loved it! The characters were brilliant, there is few rooms with different activities to suit everyone. Beautiful decorations - I regret not taking my camera! Great experience 🙂

Good for the kids good activities. Would be nice to get the Santa to talk to the kids about them and to be able to give a naughty nice list to the Santa to get them to behave.

A lot of fun for the small ones. Ours was captivated and loved joining in with the activities.

We went with our 9 year old daughter and we all really enjoyed the day filled with lots of fun laughter and happiness. Santa, Mrs Claus and all the Elves were a big hit with our daughter and it was wonderful to see her face light up with all the Christmas cheer that was there. A great experience!

Absolutely elftastic! 90 mins of full throttle Christmas spirit in a fairy light bedecked cinnamon and ginger scented beautiful Georgian house in the woods with Santa's best Cork elves and helpers. Totally faultless night with the kiddies. Book early before it sells out.

Brilliant experience very well done at the house 🎅 the only fault is the train driver should be in character plus the workers at the station🎅u get to c them 1st

What an amazing awesome wonderful experience. The whole time we were there was magical. Everything is so real I came away definitely with the Christmas magic. The children are entertained inspiried and given a wonderful attitude towards Christmas and the giving of love and kindness. Fantastic worth every penny.

Outstanding experience! Still buzzing from it, the kids had a fabulous time! The entire experience was a triumph of theatre, atmosphere and organisation. The core message of the experience was pertinent and moving. This, when combined with the actors' performances and the ambience of the setting, created an unforgettable experience which for me, made Christmas. Really happy with our trip here today. Can't recommend this highly enough! Everybody should go!!!

Amazing performances all round in a truly magical and warm Christmas experience. A great indoor alternative to Fota's Christmas experience. Can't wait for next year!
