What you can expect…

The Cork North Pole Outpost Experience is a fun and imaginative theatrical production bringing to life the real values of a good ol’ fashioned Cork Christmas. Every year the elves bring a truly unique experience for families.

This interactive and immersive theatrical experience lasts approximately 75 minutes. You will visit 4 different themed areas. Every year the experience has new characters and themes with loads of fun and interaction! The experience is concluded with a private visit to Santa Claus in his woodland cabin where there will be an Elf photographer on hand to take a photo of your family or group. The experience begins at our Festive coffee shop serving hot & cold drinks, cakes & Waffles.

Here you will be given your wrist bands and will be met by a Greeter elf five minutes before your start time. We start exactly on time so don’t be late. If you are late you will join your assigned time group.

For the experience, your family will join a group of other families and will be brought through a series of four immersive themed scenes that will take approximately one hour. In past years these have included the Passport office, toy workshop, sleigh mechanics and Mrs Claus’ kitchen. Each year our experience changes, with new characters making an appearance and new scenes to ensure returning families get lots of new surprises.

Every year each family grouping will visit Mrs. Claus’ Kitchen. Here children will decorate their own cookie with Mrs Claus’ favourite icing. Next stop is to Santa’s waiting room where you will be met by Santa’s helper elves who will bring each individual family to visit Santa Claus in his woodland cabin. Here you will meet with Santa for a chat and an Elf photographer will be on hand to capture the moment. You are more than welcome to take your own photos.

After your visit to Santa you will be invited to visit Santa’s Toy Store where children can choose a gift from a wide selection of age appropriate toys, games and play items.

Printed photos will be available to purchase or if you have prepurchased they will be ready for you for collection at the Photobooth just after the Toy Store.

You will pass through the Coffee Shop on your exit to the car park should you wish to enjoy refreshments after your visit.
Please note the coffee shop closes at 8.15 pm so if your show finishes after this time you may wish to arrive a bit earlier to allow time for the coffee shop.
